Urban Coo is a webstore selling Skandi-influenced pieces for the home. It needed help streamlining its brand personality in order to establish a copy strategy and key messages.

To start, I researched competitors and conducted a SWOT analysis. Then, we developed a vision and mission statement, elevator pitch and clear direction for the business, which led to the development of brand identity and behaviour.

Lastly came the copy strategy, including key messages, phrases, tone-of-voice and preferred terminology. From there I produced written materials, such as the brand's business plan, story and press assets.
